Real Estate Salespersons Pre-License Course

This course introduces you to the fundamentals of Real Estate and will prepare you to take the State of Massachusetts Real Estate License Exam for Real Estate Salespersons. The course consists of  24 hours of education as required by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in order to sit for the state exam. All 24 hours of the program must be attended. Students who have completed the initial full 24 hours of training are entitled to complete re-training, without charge, for a period of up to one full year, space permitting.  You will receive your certification, including all information regarding taking the exam. 
Instructors for this course are active real estate sales associates with over a quarter century combined experience.
