Salespersons & Brokers Exams: The exam is offered 5 days a week in Woburn Tuesday-Saturday at Cummings Park (Adaptive Technologies, 500 West Cummings Park, Suite 1950), Boston at ASI/Promissor Center 20 Park plaza, Suite 1010, Boston, MA 02116, and Worcester at Test Promissor Center 446 Main St. 1st Floor Worcester, MA 01608. The exam is also offered every Friday and Saturday in W. Springfield (Springfield Pearson Professional Centers - Suite 1110 - One Monarch Place - Springfield, MA 01144) and N. Dartmouth every Wednesday through Saturday at the Smith Mills Shops, 331 State Rd. Suite D. Every student who completes the 24 hour Salespersons or 30 hour Brokers program at the Braese Real Estate School will be issued a certificate of completion and a diploma. The certificate has an "800" number they can dial to set up their exam date. You cannot schedule an appointment for your exam early than 3 business days from the time you make your phone call

What is the fee to take the exam?

As of 12/1/2006: Sales Persons - $97.00 | Brokers - $115.00 | Retake of either exam in case of hardship - $56.00
Important - All students must bring either cashier check, bank check or money order made out to ASI/Promissor or else they will not be able to take the exam.

What If I fail the exam: Sales & Brokers: The exam can be retaken at any offered time within 2 years of your certification date. The retake fee is $65.00/retake. There is no limit to how many times you take it. You only need to retake the section you failed (i.e. state or general)

Can I repeat the class if I don't pass the state's exam?

Sales & Brokers: Yes, you can retake the class free within one year of exam
and at 50% of current tuition up to two years. We encourage you
to take the next available class after your test date.
